Taking It Easy

I've learned the hard way this year when to push hard and when to rest. I've been tapering my mileage for the past few weeks in preparation for the Philadelphia Marathon this Sunday. This week is very light mileage. I have only scheduled two-5 mile runs, even though my mind and body are craving more.
