Speed Work & Hills

Perfect day for speed work, crisp and cool. Why not do them on some rolling hills? Won't hurt that much, right? Eh....

Ugh...hills are nasty, nasty, nasty...but good for me right? Kinda like broccoli and brussel sprouts.
