An Annoying Injury

I have a sore hip. Yeah, I know it sounds silly, but it is very annoying and makes even walking painful. It started Sunday, and still continues. I am laying off running for the next few days to see if it subsides. Ugh!

  1. Hope you feel better soon. Have you tried "The stick?" It's a massage stick that has beads on it. I have one of these and they are great for working out sore muscles. Massages are also good, especially if you find one who specializes in runners.
