10/31 (Sun) Treadmill

With 3 weeks to go until the Philadelphia Marathon, I will begin my taper. Next week will be 40 miles as well as my last set of speed runs. 29 miles the week before and then 2 short runs (5 miles each) the week of and I should be ready to go.
