Aqua Jogging!

In an effort to give my hip some relief, I bought an Aqua Jogger, and today I hopped in for a 40-minute "run". At first, a bit awkward, but overall pretty interesting. I found it harder to get my heartrate up and could only get it to about 120BPM.

I also, did some strength work, core work and 30 minutes on the bike. Pretty good workout...more tomorrow....
