Recovery Week

The marathon prep program I'm using throws in a "recovery week" every 4 weeks. This consists of 4 easy run, no speed work or long runs and reduced mileage. This week will consist of 3-7 milers and a 6 miler.

  2. I've enjoyed following your blog about the p90x and am seriously considering getting it. I wonder how it will fit into my marathon training and if I'll have enough room in my hotel room.
