I felt it Sunday night...the beginnings of a cold. Ugh! I attempted to run through it anyway, successfully completing Monday and Tuesday's run. Then Wednesday, 16 miles?!? Not like this. So I took Wed-Fri completely off. As much as it killed me mentally not to run, my body needed it. Today feeling much better, I got out for about 6 miles outside and another 5 or so on the treadmill. More tomorrow, hopefully.
