Today I stepped out for a run and wouldn't you know, it was 41 degrees! Nice! After a pretty lame summer, it appears winter is just around the corner. I still had an enjoyable run, but I was wearing a snow hat and gloves. Oh well....

I skipped Wednesday, due to work so I will run Friday as well.

ReplyDeleteI hear ya about the weather. I typically run along the lakefront-- and holy cow has it been cold. The other day I was getting soo much mist from the lake and that, combined with the cold temps, was half refreshing, half freezing damn cold!
I did a three mile run yesterday in this nastiness, but it was better than the treadmill...forecast is at least decent for this weekend!
