Ah, That's Better!

Week Two of marathon training...much better today. No problems with keeping the 9:35 pace for 7 miles, perhaps a bit more erratic than I'd like, but altogether good. Splits: 9:24, 9:42, 9:20, 9:33, 9:31, 9:32, 9:34.
