More Cross Training

Today was my scheduled bike training (The Wall). Last week, I backed off the resistance based on my first experience with this training. It was a bit too easy so today I bumped it up to repeats of 6/12 resistance (eventually I should be doing 8/16). This was much more challenging, and my legs got a nice workout.

Tomorrow...some more speed work, can't wait...(ugh)...
