F1 Brick Work

In a couple of weeks I am running an F1 duathlon, i.e. run, bike, run, bike, run. Should be fun, so why not get in a couple of training sessions.

Overall, I felt decent throughout. I did not fuel during, which I will definately do during the race. I also, felt as though I had some "left in the tank" at the end.
