Ugh...I tossed and turned all night. I forced myself out of bed at 7:30 and got out for a run. Every step was a chore, I barely made it through. I'm glad I did it, because I can draw on the fact that I ran and finished even though I was tired and wanted to quit.

i've also noticed that there is a correlation between sleep and running. when the baby doesn't let us sleep, my run the next day is gonna suck. and that's what happened today, except my son wasn't to blame. my in-laws had late arriving planes with delays, so i didn't get in till after 1am.
