Bike Intervals and 800 Repeats

Double workout today! Exercise makes me happy...why?!? More exercise=more food!! I'm discovering and re-discovering new foods everyday. My wife turned me on. To Boca Burgers that is (wink-wink). I'm sitting here eating a baked potato as I write this, my 2nd one this week. Awesome!! Organic burritos with tofu, blue corn chips. YUM!
