5x1 Mile Intervals

I've added 1 mile repeats to my workouts. I am trying to use different interval lengths to keep things fresh and to work on different aspects of my running development.

Today's goal was 5-1mile repeats at 6:45, with .5 rests in between.

Splits: 6:43, 6:42, 6:43, 6:43, 6:42

Mileage: 9.50
Time/Pace: 1:11:59/7:34
Avg HR/Max HR: 149/161
