Split Long Run

Today, I chose to split my 20 mile long run into two sessions, more out of necessity, due to work. Both on treadmill.

1st 10 Miles (AM)
Time/Pace: 1:30:55/9:05
Avg HR/Max HR: 139/191

2nd 10 Miles (PM)
Time/Pace: 1:29:15/8:55
Avg HR/Max HR: 133/157
