Bike Training Week 2

Did my long ride last night. I've discovered that not only is riding on a trainer boring, but I also produce a ridiculous amount of sweat. Nice!

Target: 60min @ 70-75% HR (132-141), 95 RPM

Avg HR/Max HR: 133/143

For Target: 60:00, 138BPM, 97RPM
